The Flood Collection: Wholesale
Hurricane Helene’s Devastation
The River Arts District in Asheville was home to 300+ artists. 80% of this cultural hub was completely destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Many artists throughout the region have lost studios, equipment, and/or full collections of work. And most have lost their primary source of income for an unforeseen amount of time.
The Flood Collection includes a casino-quality deck of 54 playing cards featuring original works of art lost or damaged during Hurricane Helene; plus an 11”x11” hard cover coffee table book featuring 120 pages of original works of art lost or damaged during Hurricane Helene and the story of the artists behind these works.
This is our way of memorializing, honoring, and sharing these works of lost art with the world, while also putting money directly into the hands of artists who need it. Minus operating costs, ALL proceeds will be split evenly between 54 participating Western North Carolina regional artists.
